My motto is "The cold water doesn't get warmer if you jump later." So jump!" For me, jumping in at the deep end was always like entering a new world of possibilities. And I jumped a lot of times. Naturally, the route was not always straightforward, the water was often icy and stormy. I would not want to change anything for the world. Through my experiences, I have become who I am today.
